What was recalled
This recall involves Splash! and PAL Hi/Lo and Spa pool access lifts most commonly found in municipal and community swimming facilities and hotels. The model number and date of manufacture can be found on the label at the base of the mast. "Splash!" or "PAL" is printed on the base of the lifts.
Hazard
Welds securing the lift base plate and/or mast can break, posing a fall hazard.
Injuries
