This recall involves 2005 and 2006 Ibanez Soundgear, Roadgear and Gary Willis series basses. Model numbers are located on the back of the headstock. Hazard
If the battery is improperly installed, the bass can overheat, causing internal damage and a fire hazard.
Injuries
The firm has received three reports of the bass not working, due to improper battery installation. There have been no reports of injuries or property damage.
