What was recalled
The recalled costume model numbers are LV #948P00 and LV #958P00. The Sugar Plum Fairy costume is a dress made of various fabrics including purple nylon tulle. They were sold in youth sizes 4-6 and 6x-8.
Hazard
Fabric used in these costumes can ignite readily and presents a serious risk of burn injuries, in violation of the Federal Flammable Fabrics Act.
Injuries
No injuries have been reported.
