CPSC, BCI Burke Announce Recall of Buckle Bridges on Series 2000 Playgrounds
What was recalled
These bridges are attached to steel platforms on Series 2000 modular playgrounds. The bridges are made of hinged metal sections and connect one platform to another.
Hazard
The platform edge, where the bridges are attached, can crack and the bridge could potentially detach from the platform and result in injuries.
Injuries
None reported.
Where it was sold
- BCI Burke sold the Buckle Bridges with the Series 2000 modular playgrounds nationwide, from April 2001 to June 2002, for between $2000 and $2900.
