CPSC, Backyard Products Announce Recall of Swings

What was recalled

This recall involves single swings and acrobatic swings sold separately or as part of the Backyard Products wood gym set. Additional options to the gym sets include overhead ladders, slides, swings, and forts. A yellow, triangular metal gusset on the gym sets contains the brand name, "Backyard Products™" followed by "Collingwood, ON Canada." Model names and numbers are located on the assembly instructions.

Where it was sold

• Department, toy and discount stores nationwide, from December 2003 through April 2004, for between $300 and $1,200 for the sets. The swings were sold separately, from January 2004 through April 2004, for between $12 and $16.
