The recalled Vertical Multi-deck Frozen Food Merchandisers are typically used in grocery stores and other commercial settings. The recall involves models D6F, D6FL, L6F, L6FL, N6F and N6FL manufactured between 1995 and 2008. The serial and model numbers are located on the label located on the inside, upper-right front of the unit behind the lighting assembly. Hazard

Incomplete/incorrect light bulb installation can result in electrical arcing in the fixture, which can pose a fire hazard to consumers.

Injuries

Tyler Refrigeration has received one report of a fire, resulting in damage to the case and displayed product. No injuries have been reported.
